How can i get over the fear of being at mcdonalds?

ok, first of all do not allow anyone to get mad at you for making a mistake, we are only human…if they want perfection they need to get a robot to be 100% perfect all the time…(besides they are already expecting to have some issues or problems or mix ups or misplaced money from the register…freaking out is something you want to avoid at all cost!) Just take a deep breath…when you think you are going to get some sort of anxiety attack just say one moment please…walk away to the ladies room, wash your face…take a few deep breaths & count to 10. Then smile…and walk out back to your post & say “Welcome to McDonald’s…how may I help you”? or what ever your lines are…and keep smiling…nothing attracts customers more then a smile on your face…people become more pleasant to work with & deal with when you smile…

Remember what is the worst case scenario…so they yell…you have the right to say “please do not yell at me, i am only human & bound to make mistakes…it is inevitable! Dont you remember the first time you had to do this all on your own after training?! PLEASE be patient with me til I just find my place…(if that doesnt work & you get fired or feel like quitting…then fine, maybe that job just wasnt cut out for you at this present time in your life…) Dont sweat it there will always be more jobs to do elsewhere! Not the end of the world…so chin up & just relax…you will be just Fine!!!! hope this helped!
