Father v. boyfriend
Ok I love my dad and my boyfriend to death and my boyfriend wants to get along but my dad is foceed on my b/f’s past. How can I get my dad to compremise so that I can still c my b.f. Wit out disobying my dad. B.c he said that if I go behind his back he wont talk to me and believe me he will do it he did to my sis alreadyl, but she didnt even tell dad bout having a b.f I atleast did. Plez help.
If he already stopped talking to your sister, and now threatens you with the same, then I think he has something unhealthy motivation in his relationship with both of you and you sis. Sorry.
Hes just being a dad, if the guy has a bad past you have to expect him to wonder. My dads the exact same way with my sisters boyfriend and has been for like 5 years now. Chances are he wont get over it, your his daughter he has to look out for you even when you don’t think he needs to.
