Is it bad to not have a father?

Yes, it is great but depending on the kind of father also.

Don’t think about it so much. What’s important is that you have a mother who is always there for you to take care of you. I can’t imagine the self-sacrifice she did alone for you in taking care of you. You must let her know how grateful you are to have a mother like her.

I think it benefits a child to have a father growing up, especially boys. It is a nice thing to have. But I know plenty of great people who had no father around growing up, and they are just fine with life, and have done good things!!

well actually i have my father living in my house and all but i dont talk to him i mean probably it would be nice if we all grew up with a father but sometimes it teaches us to be independent and see how hard a single mother works i dont really get along with my father or mother so i live alone in my world so its not really a big difference but most ppl dont know how much they want something until they loose them. just get motivated and live ur life to the fullest. smile

I’m sorry to here that you didn’t have a Dad.. It IS nice, I will say. But be happy with what you have, cuz Moms are great, too. ^^
