Fat hipps(lovehandles)

What’s a best excersice for me to loose my fat hipps in other words its called lovehandls? Please help me ii need to loose it in about 3 months and plus I am a full time college students..what should I do?

Oh- wow. If you are a girl then you are probably just curvy, and it meens that your body is growing out your hips so that you can have a baby in there! :-D But if you want to try, then go to a gym (sometime in late after noon or possibly at night.) And ask an employee what the best machine would be for you. If you really don’t even have that much time, then instead of driving to college or work, jogg or bike. Biking and jogging are especially good for your hips- they get them working. Do this continuaslly. You shouldn’t stop! Once you lose weight, keep going. After loosing weight there might be more to go, but if not, keep going. You want to be fit, too! Don’t try that crazy Jenny Craig diet that really never works. And also don’t stop eating food. You will gain weight from doing that. See, when your body stops getting food, then it will retain fat because it doesn’t know when it will get fed next. So eat, just eat healthy. (Look online for that one.) If you don’t lose any weight from months and months of jogging, biking, or at the gym, then I was right, and your hips are just getting bigger so that you can have a baby! Yippy! My advice to you: don’t think your fat because you are curvy. When I was growing up my mom said that she had asked a lot of men, and they all said they like curvy women and think they are sexy. They don’t like skinny boney women that look like a guy. Some do, but most dont. Remember, you aren’t fat. You can’t be, because you are fit and eat right. (Tip for the jogging) Keep your eyes on the goal and don’t give up because it hurts. Just keep your eyes ahead of your and ignore the fact that your body is tired and you want to stop. Keep going, for your own wealthfare! Hope that helps, bye!

u cant do spot treatment when it comes to body fat, but here is what you can do, do a lot of cardio exercises like swimming,jogging,jump rope,cycling,etc. to help you burn fat which will also eliminate those love handles
