okay well im going on this cruise, and I reaally want to lose weight im around127-130, and im 13, but I dont want to look to skinny, but I dont want to look big, im reaallyy looking for something to slim my stomach out, and my legs thinner, I already do 60 crunches everynight, and I dance, not like around the house dance,<--- I compete. but im not losing the weight, its just making it stronger. and im probably the pickiest eater in the world so when people say eat salad, I say I dont like salad. its just reaally hard for me. I don't know but I really need help loosing weight.
also any good food choices that could help?
well how tall are you? because I'm 15 5'3 and weigh about 115
you sound really healthy and active.. maybe instead of losing weigh you can just tone your body more. resecently I started working out to tone my body I use "8 minute abs" on youtube.
theres a whole collection of exercises called "8 minute abs, arms, legs, buns LOL, stretches and yea I've been doing those once a day like alternating between those for a week and I've already noticed more defined abs and arms
so realy you just got to work at it, once a day 8 minutes not much to lose :) goodd lcuk
