yes, because the paper wont judge you and you can write whatever you want without having to think. Interestingly, the most beautiful things I have written came from this :D so that kinda made my anger/sadness go away.
it depends what your coping mechanism is. As for me, it helps to write or to talk to another person, just make sure that that person is ok to listen to you vent.
To get it out of you and not hold it in. What works for me is a punching bag, i always feel better and calmer right after and i can think straighter.
Vent to someone who listens to you and cares. Otherwise if you hold it in you get frustrated and more than likely is gonna p!ss you off even more!

Yes, writing is very helpful actually! I was surprised how much I could vent on paper and then feel somewhat relieved after the fact
exactly. :D its like the words are already there at your fingertips, waiting to be written. Its an amazing feeling, at least for me.
