Well, recently I fell for this guy. Like every second spent thinking about him fell! and I think he likes this other girl. But he is confusing me to. He asked me if I liked him enough to date him but then when I answered he neveer asked me out?!?! what do I do?

Nothing, there is nothing you can do, just give him time and space to work out what he wants. Just dont let him take you for a ride, he needs to work out wat it is he wants first, allow him that time to see if he does like you in the end.
