How to get rid of acne/pimples cause their really bothering me and they say that if you have dandruff you get pimples! Is that true cause I have dandruff and speaking of dandruff how to get rid of that too???!!!
dandruff is a symptom of dry skin… which also causes pimples.
head and shoulders should help a lot with your dandruff.
for the acne though, do a google search for skin id and take their test (you don’ t have to buy their products) and it will tell you which kinds of products to use on your skin based on the kind of acne you have.
to get rid of acne you need to get laxatives because probably the inside of your stomach is dirty.
and dandruff stop taking showers with hot water!!!
