I believe so, yes.
They are in the sense that if we draw a line down our face we will have an eye on each side, half a nose, half a mouth etc. However, in terms of minute details such as face shape and little nooks and crannies we are not completely symmetrical. An interesting little fact: it has been suggested that the more symmetrical your face the more beautiful you are to the opposite sex. This originates from the evolutionary theory as it’s a sign of good health and therefore good genes for having babies. Excuse me going off onto a tangent. :)
my dad and my mom they dont have a symmetrical face. but no one in my family does. i am the only one in my family who has a symmetrical face. and a heart shaped face. everyone else in my family has a oval, square, or circle.
