Why is my eyes having spasms?

This has been going on for a week now and I sometimes find it hard to read if it is to bad. How do I make it stop?

You should go to an opticians to get this checked out properly as soon as possible. You do not want to be messing about with your eyesight - it could be something serious like a detached retina.

In both eyes at the same time, that would suck.

I have this happen to me when im really stressed and mad, it usually last a day or two then goes away. Have you been getting enough rest at night, or something bugging you?

if its your actual eye, then see a doctor pronto. if its your eyelid twitching, that is usually caused by watching too much tv/video games

it is probably from stress and lack of sleep

I usually get it when I’m very tired.

or there is a strained muscle. Which causes it to twitch.

I have been getting 8 hours a night of sleep, and I don’t think I am stressed. I have been doing a lot of reading from the PC.
