What is the best eyeliner to use that won't run too much? I've tried a few but they aren't working very well, and I have to go back to school and I need it!! And what is the best foundation to use that will stay on ? I need help please !! What brands and where can I get them??
I use New York eyeliner. It seems to work really well. It doesn't run but it does wear off after a period of time, as most do. I also use Cover Girl foundation. I love it. Especially the stuff with the blue cap because it's suppose to be less greasy for your skin. Both of these you can get at Wal-Mart, Walgreens...etc.
ummm well I don't know rilly. liquid eyeliner runs a lot but its darker and more fine tipped. the pencil doesnt run very much tho. at least 4 me. I don't know bout foundation tho
put some liquid eyeliner and then put some wet shadow on top. it works for me!
