Is it possible to lose a pound by an hour of jogging?

Hi, I just want to ask if is it possible to lose a pound by just having an hour or two of jogging? How about sit-ups? @_@

Well of course it matters intensity but unless you break records or run marathons, I doubt you’ll run at the intensity to lose an entire pound just because you ran 2 miles. I run about 7 miles in 45min, 3x a week and I only burn around 600-800 calories and a pound is about 2000 calories so go figure. Then again I only weigh 165lbs.

mm, not straight away .. if I do half an hour for a couple of days or a week I lose a couple of pounds:)
