excersice/diet schedule?

I am starting a very strict diet, and excercising program for ballet. The idea is to burn fat and replace it with muscle. I am already thin I just have a basically no muscle. haha and part of it is that I need to have a strict diet, where I eat certain portions of food at certain times. and I need to know when the best times would be to eat. so 4 small meals, and then 3 snacks. can anyone give me times to set for when I’ll eat?

Eat 6 small meals a day when you are hungry the most.

wlel I need specific times. I could probably go a day to see when I am hungriest then base it on that.
