Every 28 days

Is it true that every 28 days you get your period because last month I got it on a certainb date and I was wondering if you I counted 28 days from that day mi period will cum on that 28th day the next month???

For me it is easier for me to count 21 days from the day I end my period. But that is just personal preference, easier to remember.

oomg I was wondering this too so I just asked my mum but if your not comfortable with that then what I know is that everytime I count 28 days from the day I start my period and my next one is normally within 28-30 days of that

it should if you have a regular period, and if you don’t then it should still help because your period should come around that time of the month. hope I helped
