So ummm, I have this wierd feeling, I get it when ever I want, and I'm feeling it I can make it fade slowly any time I want... I call it the "real" feeling... ... And I don't know how to explain it!!! It's undiscribable!! Suddenly I start seeing things around me as if I'm looking at them with someone else's eyes, I think of them as if it's the first time I see them in my life!! And I start touching things around me, as if I'm touching them with someone else's hands, if I'm in bed, I see myself laying on it from the top, as if it's someone else looking at me from the cieling... It's really weird,,, I start thinking deeeply, as if I'm on another planet, in another world of mine... When I'm normal I just look at a glass of water as a glass of water!! But when I'm looking at it while I'm feeling this "real" feeling I feel like it's a real glass that has water in it, and the water was in the bottle, the glass was in the sink, it was washed and the water was pored in it from the plastic bottle, and the bottle was in the fridge, we took it out first of course, the fridge was closed we opened it and took the bottle, ... never ending, ever lasting... And that's how I think of everything when I'm feeling so "real" What is this feeling??? I feel like I'm someone else when im' feeling so "real"!!!
HAHA!! The same thing happens to me my friend! Well this is mainly a type of super sense or "psychic" if you may call it! BUT anyways, this is part of the "7 senses" eyes, smell, hearing, speech, mind, body and soul. And sometimes some of them can be mixed together like if you making chocolate pancakes, which in this case it's the soul and eyes, not sure what its called but your soul or "AURA" is able to leave your body and travel around where ever you please, and seems to be in a weird and confusing world of the super natrual, but in time. It'll get better.
I dont really know exactly what you are saying but I use to. well it was similar like for example if I was walking, I would look at myself as if I was someone else someone elses point of view or if I am sitting or laying down I even have dreams like that like I am a different person and I am just pretty much stalking myself

well not EXACTLY the same but I've kinda had a feeling like that, like one day I'd be sitting in my room or something or at school in the bus hall thing and see somthing standing in the middle of the floor and it wouldnt really be there cause I would walk up to it and it would disappear or somthing.
it might be an out of body experience (obe), or an astral projection
