My most difficult time is late evenings. How can I resist the temptation to snack at this time of day?
i know exacly what u mean i eat nothing pretty much all day till evening and just cant stop hahah but trying eating more in the morning so that you get less hungry throughout the day or try keeping entertained maybe you are eating becuase you are bored any ways good luck :)
I do it too. Haha I know how you feel. But hey i try to chew gum, brush my teeth or something like that because we all know food doesn't taste good after chewing like spearamint or winterfresh gum. :D Try that??? Hope you find a good solution that works for you!
Set up a food 'cut-off' time for the evening and stick to it - you can do it !
