-dont bring a credit card! the 20 dollars will do for emergencies

-only buy food and a item here and there until the urge to buy is gonnne.!

you could start with an introduction defining what being a shopoholic is. then get on with saying how people are shopoholics and then compare and describe ways of avoiding it. Like not shopping for too long, not too often, dont spend too much… hope this helps good luck xxx Kim
