Engorged breast...
what exactly does ‘engorged breast’ mean? I’ve been doing a lot of research on breastfeeding because im going to breastfeed and I always come across this term..what is it? Thanks!

That’s not exactly true…breasts can get engorged even though the baby is well fed.
When you’ve produced milk and haven’t released it (through breastfeeding or pumping) then the breasts become full.
It’s quite painful, but it is temporary.
I remember after I stopped nursing my babies, I had to tie a towel around my breasts and fasten it tightly so they wouldn’t move…every motion made them hurt.
that means theres more milk in there then there is suppost to be.they get like that when you baby dosnt eat enough.
