Lately as iv mentioned in a few other posts i have been so tired and lethargic so i thought i should ask if i could include any certain foods in my diet. I eat like the average person does, it varies each day, i don't usually lunch and i drink up to 5 litres of water a day.
Eat a lot of rice, it could be steamed rice, fried rice or just plain rice paired with some meat. Rice is a good source of carbohydrates that are good energy boosters.
Protien like cheese is good for energy, vegetable is good too, and taking some good quality healthy supplyment is good for ebergy boosting too.
best to eat some lunch though. that could have a lot to do with it also. even if its something small. It will boost you for the day ahead
Almonds and dried cranberries are good protein and energy boosters if you need a snack during the day.
i was feelin tired just now. ate an orange and im all good now lol
