hot topic, spencers,claires, anywhere with little kids jewlery, thrift stores. Or to not look like a fake, find cool things like that and disassemble them make your own. I made some b*tchin hemp pokemon necklaces using the charms off of old phone charms and zipper pulls.

those things fit into a number of different sterotypes as for were to get them ebay has plenty of it as does japan if you ever go there and other places/stores like hot topic
