Generally, you need to show an insurance card when receiving medical services. If you show your friend’s insurance card and then you have medical services and something goes wrong, well.. you can only imagine the catastrophe.. They’ll ask your for ID when filing any insurance claim. It won’t work to use someone else’s insurance. As a third-party observer, I can tell you that many Planned Parenthood clinics and women’s shelters will perform low-cost abortions.

I don’t think that most Insurance providers cover abortions anyways. Check out your other options like everyone has said already planned parenthood, If you are early on it will be easier and cheaper. The sooner you do it the less painfull it will be.
