k im 13 I know im too young but my boyfriend gets out of the military when im 16 so in idaho you can only be emancipated when you get married and he asked me to marry him so if I secretly marry him im emacipated right??? can I do that??? please help!
you need a decent job, a highschool education, and a good lawyer to be emancipated at 13. You would have to prove to a judge that you could care for yourself and are mature enough to make decisions in your own best interest. Also, you would need a good reason why your parents SHOULDN'T care for you anymore. Getting pregnant won't solve your problems either.
sorry but yes you have to have permission but if he is older than you and you have a boyfriend and your parents find out you might not need an emancipaction you might get disowned and they might kick you out. thats just how things are in cali where I live!!!
well, I don't know if your parents have 2 sign, but I no you need 2 people to be there and watch you get married, otherwise, legally your not. [married] but, good luck I hope this helps!!
