Electrolytes are made up of potassium, magnesium, calcium, and sodium. Outside of the regular gatorade or the higher end hypotonic sport drink . You can also replensih through diet, eating a bannana with yogurt or a glass of milk. Watermelon sprinkled with some salt. Cheese takes care of the calcium too. Magnesium can be found in spinach and broccoli
Diluting fruit juice to 10% and adding a little salt contains the same electrolytes as a high end sports drink and in equal amounts too. For example dilute lemonade to 2/3 strength and add 3/4 tsp. salt per gallon.
