If you use a spermicidal condom, it doesnt break nor fall off, it hasn’t expired, you use the pull out method with the condom on and put it on before any genital to genital contact is made what are the chances of someone getting pregnant?

There are pretty much no chances of getting pregnant there. Thats being really safe and thats good. So you should be fine and the chance of someone getting pregnant are slim to none.
chances are like 99.9%..well 98 :P but still its like never going to get the girl pregnant unless lady luck hates you XD
