What are some good and easy ways to lose weight after having a baby?

Okay , so I’m five months pregnant , & I’m looking for good , easy , & heathy ways to lose weight after my baby is born just in case I’m not one of the lucky ones & have that “baby fat” from my pregnancy ? Any advice ?

Make sure you eat healthy (especially now because what you eat is what your baby eats), drink plenty water, and maybe figure out a workout plan. They have really good workout plans in magazines that give you a week long workout plan to practice all month :)

Well, a lot of your post-baby weight will be from your uterus still being enlarged. It takes time for your body to go back to normal and a lot of the “bloating” after a baby is due to your uterus. One way to make it go back to normal is to breastfeed. It’s not just a myth, you do lose weight faster if you breastfeed. Also, realize that you’re not pregnant anymore and that eating habits that you picked up while pregnant, may not the be the best for when you’re not! It’s going to be so hard to find the energy to want to get up and be active b/c you will be so tired and nothing else will matter but that baby and your lack of sleep!! Unfortunately, there is no easy way… but one word of advice, don’t try on your pre-baby jeans too soon b/c it will only upset you!! (from experience) Goodluck and Congrats :)

I breastfeed both my kids. I found that eating small meals a day helped me. I still have extra wieght on my middle but i am back to my pre baby wieght. I used to wake up and drink a large glass of ice water with lemon, do cardio in my home, eat a breakfast of eggwhites and whole wheat toast, snack on almonds, eat a dry salad with veggies, snack on gummy bears, eat a dinner of usually fish and a veggie. Dessert for me was always homemade hot coco made with dark chocolate. y 1st i lost the wieght in 2 months and my 2nd took 6 months.

Get enough nutrition for each meals(starch,protein and vegetable), get rid of starch at dinner. If you want to have snack, eat some healthy snack. Take a walk 30 minutes each day with a special bar.

Its never easy. If it is your doing it wrong and it wont last. Get up, get going and eat healthy, forever.
