Walking. Easy, cheap, and interesting if you take different directions every day. It’s not how fast you go, it’s have far or how much time you spend on your feet. And it works for almost any age. I started walking my neighborhood, met someone, and now i’m a birdwatcher. So it can be fun too!

OH WELL I KNOW I HAVE BEEN WALKING AROUND ONE OF OUR PARKS AND IT HAS A MILE TRAIL AND ILL WALK AND JOG AROUND THAT ABOUT3-4 TIMES. BUT THE ONLY THING IS THE HEAT AND KEEPING UP WITH THE HEALTHY FOODS

get some of those fancy shoes that givee you a workout and abs by just walking or that belt they have…idk what they’re called. or even those shaking weights. they all get you fit in no time xD
