Dyspraxia
How can you explain to someone that you are dyspraxic. With me it affects my memory and balance amongst other things and it is really hard to make someone believe you when they already seem to have it firmly set in their minds that you are just stupid and dumb
Yea, I will do, and thank you for changing my date
Ok, I know my profile doesnt say it, but I am actually 19 and at university lol. And the thing is that the uni did a psychological assessment for me and they have that on record and I have told them that time after time and they dont seem interested
A stupid person certainly wouldn’t know what Dyspraxia is.
You don’t need to prove yourself to anyone. If you tell anyone that you suffer this disorder, and they don’t believe you, ask them if they know what it is. The average person won’t know and you’ll be able to show them that there’s a lot more to you than they’re giving you credit for.
Then go to the head person and tell them you’re tired of your teachers acting the way they are about your condition, also I’ll go change your birth date for you because your profile says 1995.
You shouldn’t need to prove that to someone, you have no reason to lie about something like that so they should learn to be a bit more considerate.
I agree, but this ignorance also seems to have afflicted my teachers and I am at the end of my tether with it really.
Get your parents to write your teachers a letter.
