How can I get my highlights to be lighter?

Hi, I have a little suggestion. Try living with your new look for a couple of days, it can be a shock when you have a big change of style/colour. You might grow to love it! Also, when you change colour, you need to experiment with different colours makeup and clothes etc as the colours you usually wear might not compliment the new colour. If after a few days you still hate it, I have to suggest going to the hairdressers, and not faffing around with it yourself. This is from someone who has totally frazzled her hair going from dark brown to ash blonde to platinum blonde, to purple…too much bleach frazzles the hair (and maybe the brain :P)

and not because i am one.

i have to say though im not a fan of dark hair with chunks of blonde some people can pull it off but as for the rest of us..its a no go. maybe try striping your hair of color and putting a caramel brown on it

it’ll eventually fade and you have lighter hair.

…but not WHOA barbie blonde.
