im 6'2'', 309 pounds and im almost 21. how do I lose 80 pounds quick? I dont look that big, but its startin to take a toll on my body...
Erm, I don't mean to be rude but that is obese, how is it not showing?...and you can't lose 80 pounds quick! Thats about 5 stone! You need to aim to lose 1 - 2 pounds a week to stay healthy and to keep the weight from creeping back on.
YOu can eat healthy and exercise for 1 hour everyday run, play sports do anything you enjoy and eat healthy dont eat no junk foods eat lots of fruits, veggies, grains, dairy products and meats
Work out, eat healthier and drink LOTS of water.
