Dress--Trash or treasure
I have a teal colored, brocade dress. It is A-line with front and back darts. It has short sleeves and a V-neck. It is a longer length that falls about 3-5 inches above the ankle. It has fabric covered buttons from the end of the V-neck to just above the knee with a split from there down. I have been invited to an upscale wedding in June . Would this dress be appropriate or is is just too ugly? My daughter, 26, says it looks a prom dress gone wrong. Help.
My best advice, ask the bride to be. If she thinks it’s appropriate, where it, if not, go shopping.
