I keep having a recuring dream where I go to look at my watch and its not on my wrist (even though I wear it all the time), or that I've lost my watch. Does this dream have any particular meaning?
Watch To see or wear a watch in your dream, suggests that you need to be more carefree and spontaneous. You are feeling limited and constrained.
Lose To dream that you lose something may mean that you really have misplaced something that you had not realized yet. It may also be a signal for you to clean out and reorganize your life. You have become overwhelmed and distracted with the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life.

I would say to that dream that you feel that someone is taking your time from you..or wasting your time. Think about the people around you..is someone always calling? Maybe, you are always conducting in a manner of time management, that eludes you're desire to simply be care-free every now & then. And just be able to have a day to your self! Maybe your dreams, are a subconscious way to tell you, please take some TIME off..?
Maybe you have your life it too scheduled. Perhaps you have too many things going on and don't really have any time for yourself. Maybe your dream means that you should take a day or week off, not worry about anything but simply just relax.
Maybe it's a message you're running out of time in some way..do what needs to be done - say what needs to be said.
