yeah its called braidlocs, the briads will turn into dreadlocks within a year. look it up on youtube

I think, depends on the person that will do your hair.. if they allow it, then it is. if no, then no..

because if you braid your hair before it gets fried, then it might affect the results of the dreadlocks.
