Does anyone know how to get your downloaded songs from Frostwire to itunes?

  Go to your iTunes, then click file>add folder> browse> then find the your frostwire music download folders and select that. You should see your music added to your iTunes.

  I just grab the song with my mouse (right click) then just move it to the Itunes play list
