dose my boyfriend really like me?

Okay so am 13 and so is my boyfriend we been togather alreayd for 1 month and couple of days well we both go to a pravtie school and were not allowed to have boyfriend’s and girlfriend’s but his always ignoring me and like he never talks to me or anything but see my friend sydeny has a boyfriend and his always talking to her and they haven’t even gotten caught but my boyfriend just ignore’s me and everything even when we go to partys and his best friend told me that my boyfriend told him not to tell me bad stuff he dose bc he dosn’t want me to know his a bad boyfriend well I don’t know why he cant be him self can any one tell me why and he barley know’s me and stuff and me and my friends think his only going out with me because of ymy looks ;[ do you think thats true and he never tells me his things I also have to find out from my frined britttany and stuff and a lot of girls don’t like that his going out with me bc a lot of girls like him it’s crazy and he kows all of them for like 7 years and only know’s me for 2 months and just asked me out so do you think his only going out with me bc of my looks? && a lot of girls just say eww why are you going out with mabel and he just makes a face at them and stuff but I leave so left out from him like his very sweet on the phone and thats all and he always says he will do something in person like hug me or take a lot of pics but he never dose whats wrong with this guy..?? lol
