a dog is a BIG !! comitment I show and breed my dogs it takes a lot of time to bring up a dog and look after it 1st of all you need to weigh out weather you are capable to look after one and consider vet bills ,food, bedding.crate, toys and toilet traning it and taking the dog for walks would you rather be out with your mates or spend 3 hours a day walking it feeding it playing with it and evan longer when its a puppy just think of all these things im not trying to put you off but you need to be responsible to have a dog its not something you just play with and toss it away when you get bored its a lifetime of comitment just think happy hope this helped happy

Answer #4

you need to convince them that you will look after the puppy no matter what. They need so much looking after, much more than I ever imagined. you have to make sacrifices, its almost like having a child (except most dogs sleep through the night) lol. Also, dogs these days live a long time, average 12 - 15 years if properly looked after. puppies need all their injections, and boosters every year or so. Do some research.
