does my dog have selective hearing or just plain ignorant??
i have a cocker spaniel and he will listen to me but not my partner…….. i know he doesnt respect my partner as my dog will grow at him and show his teeth if my partner is telling him off …… he is a rescue dog with some other problems, but this starting to upset my partner because he has no control over the dog….. any suggestions?
You said it yourself he does not respect nor like your partner… so why would he llsten to him. If you plan on keeping this dog and keeping you and your partners sanity as well, it’s best to get a trainer to help you and your partner gain your prominant role as owner and not let your dog call the shots.
they can be soo expensive………… will just have to wait till i get the money for the training
