water keeps you from gaining weight if you don’t drink water your body will retain water which is like a bloating affect because your body need water so if your not drinking any it will save water!

heck no it doesnt!!! I drank water for a whole year nothing else and it made me loose weight!

If you are eating healthy foods it won’t make you gain any weight really… but if you are eating a lot of salty foods you may retain water… but only drinking two glasses of water a day when you are dieting is not healthy. When you are dieting you need to be sure to drink even more water than you regularly would.

I can’t stand drinking any liquid. I could go all day and night and barely drink an entire glass. I have been exercising and eating healthy again. This includes drinking at least 64 oz of water daily. It has made me bloated and I have not lost weight. Not eating a lot of salty foods, either, so I don’t understand it…
