I need to lose some weight does smoking help ? I heard it depresses your appetite I no the cons of smoking but I dont care!! Thankyou.
so you dont care about lung cancer bad breath premature ageing your face aging quicker yellow teeth tooth decay yellow nails trouble breathing clogging up you arteries with tar screwing up your fertility the thousands of dangerouse chemicals in every cigarette osteoperosis decresasing your life span raising your blood pressure and blot clots risk heart dissease/heart attacks ...you dont know all the risks of smoking, and starting it to loose weight is a stupid idea if you want to f*ck up your health, thats your decision though but unless you can say "lung cancer, not without its benifits" then your wasting your life sure youll loose weight, youll loose your collegine, youll loose your strength, appetite your going to become weak and sluggish if all of that is worth lossing a few pounds that could have been lots quicker the healthy way then thats your decision
WOW!! So instead of being lazy why don't you go work out. Get a nutrition book and read it so you're eating right. Smoking doesn't make you lose weight, it does depress your appetite but are you saying you don't have enough self control to conrol the way you eat so may as well pick up another bad habit... no wonder people steriotype americans as lazy fat people!!! Get a clue! If you really want to lose weight why don't you smoke some meth??? LOL, how stupid is that question... really?!
I just asked the day before yesterday if smoking makes you not hungry, cause I was at my sister's job and saw cigs and was pretty depressed. Cause I need to lose weight. I mean I've lost 50 pounds, but I've been dieting since I was 13, so yeah, I've got problems, and I'm desperate to lose weight that I do some stupid stuff, but I'd never take up smoking. It's best to stay big, you might live a few hours longer than a smoker.
You people who are implying that the question is stupid are the stupid ones. There is no such thing as a stupid question. We are all different and have different levels of knowledge and comprehension. That's what this site is all about. Giving those that don't know a place to inquire and learn. Some of us know some things but none of us knows everything.
it can...but its not a good way at all... b/c once you stop smoking you gain all that weight back plus extra ... I wouldnt suggest it... go work out.. go do something... dont turn to smoking to lose weight...its not a good idea at all
whats the point of being skinny when your face is going to be all saggy? trust me my aunt is only 35 and she smokes and she looks like shes 50 and no smoking doesn't do anything for your appetite it usually makes you hungrier
YES IT DOES!! WHEN MY UNCLE STOPPED SMOKING HE GOT FATTER AND FATTER AND HE CHANGED FROM SUPER THIN TO SUPER FAT!! ME AND MY BROTHER FIT IN ONE OF HIS PANTS!!
Umm, I smoke and honestly I am far from small. So I am going to have to say no. And if you want to lose weight smoking is NOT the way to go !
yes but if you quit you gain a lot and ciggarate can kill you
