Does it sound like he is into me or was ever into me?

I really like this guy and a lot of my friends think he likes me back but when ever they ask he says he doesnt… So im not all that suree…

Reasons why he might: He loves hanging out with me. He always comes to me when things are going wrong. We will only go to youth group or the movies is im going. He used to say that he loved me when he said bye. He never stops looking at me when were hanging out. His cot him looking at pics of me on facebook one time (even when he was daeting my best friend). He told his sister that he wanted to dated a girl like me.

Reasons why not: He went ahead and asked out my best friend and my other best friend. He just stopped saying I love you to me. He keeps getting mad at me for the stupidest things, right after we get close again. He stopped texting me as much.we like never hang out anymore. He always tells my friends he doesnt like me when they ask him. He went out with my best friend. He asked out my other best friend. He hasnt asked me out or anything and we have been friends for quite a while but he knew my other to friends not at all and after one day asked them out.

So there you go, so you thiink he likes me? Or he did but doesnt anymroe? And if so why hasnt he done anything or like really even told me? Help… :)
