Does he really think having a child would be nothing but bad?

I want a child, but he doesn’t… or could he (maybe) be wanting one too, but not telling me?

Me and my guy have been dating for over a year. We’ve had a couple pregnancy scares the last two months (because of lack of condom use), which ended up being nothing, but each time I was actually kind of hoping that I was really pregnant.

We’re waiting a few more days this month for my period before I decide to take a pregnancy test.

He says he doesn’t want me to get pregnant, but he never suggests to use a condom anymore, even though we have some. (Still pulling out before climax)

** Is there a chance that (deep inside) he wants to raise a child with me?

We’ve descussed what we’d do if I did end up pregnant– I’d have the baby and give him up for adoption as soon as he’s born.

I only agreed to that, because I didn’t want him knowing that I WANT to have a kid with him. I was hoping that (if I did end up pregnant) he’d become attached to the baby and change his mind about giving him away.

yeah a) pulling out doesnt work. let him know. you are only 17, and im assuming your boyfriend isnt much older. please please please think twice about wanting to have a baby. and try to wait until youre older, have a steady career, your own home. im not saying that you dont love each other but after only a year at 16, I doubt the both of you are ready, and would be willing to stick it out bc of a kid sorry for how long the answer is
