yes and no it really depends on your body type and genes birth control pills usually have eostrogen in them which is the hormone that allows breats to grow so quite a few women do expirience a little growth usually like half a cup howevere, it doesnt happen to everyone it increases your appetite, which makes you put on a little weight which is also the cause for breast growth and birth control pills come with side effects so youll need to dicuss it with your mum and doctor first also make sure you dont have a family history of breast cancer because breast cancer thrives on eastrogen to grow

my birth control (I’m on Lutera, a generic form of Alesse, a low dose birth control) has made mine fill out slightly, and I’ve only been on it for 3 weeks. it depends on your body I’ve heard though. something to do with the estrogen-like hormone in bc…the more estrogen your bc has, the more side effects (including fluid retention and increased breast tissue) will occur. There are also NO studies out that prove that birth control causes breast cancer, but if you are worrying try a low-dose pill like Alesse or Lutera.
