Does Anyone Know about this Cell Phone Plan?

Its Like,Unlimited Text out going text, and 500 additional. for 5 dollars a month.

I cant find it on verizon’s page. but I know its a real plan because Verizon Messaged me a text suggesting it a while back.

Can Anyone Help me?
