I know stuff like curry is used...
right horromusic. In fact I can give a small list here. The most predominantly used spices in the food differ for vegetarian and non-veg food.
In the veg dishes, typically used spices are black cumin, corriander seeds, asafoetida, aniseeds, basil, pepper, carom seeds, fenugreek, fennel seeds, nigella and thymol.
In the non-veg varities other than a few of the above spices, the dishes have cardamom, clove, cinnamon, ginger and bay leaves. These are the major ingredients. Also cumin, corriander, asafoetida and a few others are avoided in the non-vegan dishes of some type.
almost all of them I'm sure, because about all the spice were first exported form india and china to europe and stuff, if my memory is serving me right
lol, curry is made up of the different spices (as listed above)
Thanks for the correction.
