What can I try doing *before* seeing a doctor about my body possibly producing alcohol?

I have trouble driving on a straight road in a straight line. At first I thought it was the car (which it could be). But then one night I got home from work, and my mom said that my breath smelled like I had been drinking. I’ve never had a drink before, so I thought that was pretty weird. But then I started wondering, “Is it possible for the body to produce its own alcohol?” And I did a little research, and the answer is yes, and that in extreme cases it can even be noticeable. I have absolutely NO TIME to go seeing doctors with my work schedule (its 3:10 AM as I type this btw) so anything I could try doing outside of a doctors office is almost the only way anything is going to get resolved. A few other factors, like inability to think clearly and feeling depressed often also make me suspicious of my body producing alcohol to be the case. Thank you.

My uncle has a friend who has the uncanny ability to get drunk on milk, it’s a rare form of lactose intolerance. Your question reminded me of that lol. Endogenous alcohol production by intestinal fermentation… Consider your diet. I’m pretty sure it involves the bacterium and enzymes involved with digestion. Maybe your internal (endo) bacteria are producing excessive alcohol. Research the active agents of the digestive process and look for the things that may produce alcohol (ethanol) in any way.

I dont know about ya body producing alcohol naturally….Alcohol is toxic to our bodies and man-made, so it is strange that it could be produced naturally with in.

I would say it is to do with your ears ? which gives you your sense of balance.?..could also be bad blood circulation to your head/neck?..i reckon.

Alcohol, in various forms, occurs naturally as a byproduct of a process called fermentation. Alcohol (ethanol, along with CO2) is a metabolic waste product, created by yeast and certain other organisms (even some people) devouring various sugars and producing ethanol, usually to make beer or liquor or ethanol (for internal combustion fuel). Ethanol is the oldest recognized psychoactive drug. People have capitalized and enjoyed this little aspect of “gods” green earth immensely, since before most couldn’t even read or recognize print.
