At ANY age you can fall in love. As long as you’re SURE it’s not just your hormones. As long as you’re SURE that it’s really love. . . And NOT lust. If you really love him, then tell him. You can fall in love, just don’t fall too hard.

At 15 it’s possible but not likely - often even at 20 you’re a very different person than you were at 15.
