cold apple juice. ^^ apples really do give you “energy” to stay awake. =] they contain fructose, which is a sugar, and has a high concentration of it. =] has the most out of any fruit out there!! =] so apples are the healthiest for you to intake to stay awake. ^^ ahaha. =]
