Do we get paid for participating in FunAdvice?

I was referred to FunAdvice by a site that indicated we got paid a small amount for asking questions, but I don’t see any indication of that in the FAQ or when I search the topic. Was I misled?

Actually,

We used to have Google Adsense program setup to pay users for asking questions. However, the program was discontinued due to abuse.

You weren’t intentionally misled :) We used to have the program, and it is still active for those who signed up to use it before it was discontinued.

Nope, Not one cent. Payment here is a pat on the back and that’s it. underwaterophelia Misleading someone on Subject like this can cause more damage than help.

This is a site just as the title says. You have fun and give advice which most people do. The advice is free, but no money is returned to you. As mealw said it’s a pat on the back.
