Do I need to lose weight or is it just me

Im 13 and im 90pounds and I think im fat so im not eatting all the time I need help do I need to keep stop eatting and work out more or work out less and keep eatting?

Lmao. You aren’t overweight. :) Take it from me, I’m 14 and 105. ^^ I would recommend you gain weight though, don’t stop eating. You don’t want to become a complete stick- that’s gross. No boy likes a girl with no flab. :D Work out, drink water before breakfast and eat healthy and enjoy some fast food once in a while.

eat less, exercise a lot. drink lots of water. stay away from fast foods, deap fried stuff, and junk food and you should be good. But stopping eating is the worst thing you can do. You’ll gain more weight…

When trying to figure out your weight, make sure you consider your height. You’ll be scary skinny if you were 5’10’’ weighing only 90 lbs for an example.

Exercise is good for everybody at any age but I wouldn’t stress it too much at 13. Believe it or not, celebs actually eat up to 4-5 meals per day. Choose the right things to eat and that should help you keep a healthy weight.
