Do I need to buy bleaching powder?
I’m planning on getting white hair and I thought all I needed to do was get developer and the toner that goes in the developer. But I wasn’t sure if I needed to buy bleaching powder for this or if I should bleach my hair with developer and powder first( my hair is a medium to light blonde) before letting it rest a while and then doing the toner+developer mix. What should I do?
Getting it done professionally isn’t an option for me.
peroxide is good. or just go to the hairdressers and get it done.
