Im 13 and im worried that I have a smaller than normal penis, its about a 4 and a half inch one. is this normal

at 13 this shouldnt concern you because you probably havent when hit puberty.

the average size for a full grown male is 5-6 inches, so at 13 your not doing too badly buddy, just enjoy and work with what u’ve got, because there is nothing you can do about it.
